Matt Faden - Customer Success Manager
DrayNow is happy to announce another addition to the growing team with Matt Faden as a Customer Success Manager! A graduate from Northwestern University, he joins us as a Venture for America Fellow, which provides its members with the skills and resources needed to thrive in entrepreneurial environments.
He’ll be working directly with Paul Gottlich and the rest of the team as another point of contact for our customers and ensuring that all of their needs are met in every step of the process. He is eager to take a deep dive into the world of customer success and take this company to levels never seen before. If you hear from Matt in the near future, give him a big welcome!
