Marketing Specialist

DrayNow is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help plan and implement our marketing activities in a cutting-edge digital intermodal marketplace that is revolutionizing the freight industry.

DrayNow is rapidly disrupting the logistics Industry by solving the first and last mile problem, starting with the intermodal freight segment. We are the first to create a real-time marketplace for the expanding intermodal freight segment of the shipping market that facilitates frictionless real-time interactions connecting Truckers and Customers to seamlessly haul intermodal loads throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly

  • Manage all social media accounts, manage DrayNow’s social community to build relationships with our drivers

  • Write, edit, publish and promote marketing content (blogs, email campaigns, social media)

  • Assist with organizing and staffing promotional events

  • Assist with creating advertising material and marketing collateral

  • Measure and analyze performance data against key goals on a regular basis

  • Provide support managing marketing processes, assist with new marketing tests and strategies


  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience

  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

  • Experience managing a company’s social media accounts

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • UI/UX or graphic design experience a plus

  • CRM/E-mail platform experience a plus

  • Paid Search advertising experience a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
