Recruitment and Engagement Specialist

DrayNow is seeking a Recruitment and Engagement Specialist to directly manage the integration of new carriers and drivers into the our real-time, cutting-edge digital intermodal marketplace currently revolutionizing the freight industry. You will be providing professional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of a driver first entering the DrayNow ecosphere to becoming a firmly established power user.

With the help of game-changing technology, DrayNow Engagement Specialists work to actively promote the brand of DrayNow to carriers across the country and ensure they have a seamless experience from day 1 to becoming firmly established on the platform. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and learn the ins and outs of our CRM and processes across the organization.

DrayNow is rapidly disrupting the logistics Industry by solving the first and last mile problem, starting with the intermodal freight segment. We are the first to create a real-time marketplace for the expanding intermodal freight segment of the shipping market that facilitates frictionless real-time interactions connecting Truckers and Customers to seamlessly haul intermodal loads throughout the United States.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth integration onto our platform

  • Effectively solve ad-hoc carrier and customer issues as needed

  • Provide professional, empathetic support to customer and driver inquiries, and utilize proper protocol to resolve issues

  • Proactively identify and solve issues

  • Collaborate with Marketing to demonstrate customer communication campaigns

  • Provide continuous customer feedback to Product and Engineering team

  • Special projects as needed 

  • Understand the Operations Specialist role and be able to fill in as needed

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. that has led to you being a rock-star communicator

  • Validated results in prior role

  • At least 3-5 years of prior account management recruiting, or other relevant industries, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS

  • Expertise CRMs, preferably HubSpot

  • Proficiency communicating data via Excel, HubSpot and other business intelligence tools

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
